I had an issue with my water heater and Gary was able to come to my place the same day and resolve the issue. He was very professional and kind while educating a novice like me throughout the process. He didn't try to upsell or push anything he just gave me an honest answer while looking out for my best interest. These days with so many different options available to us online it can get overwhelming trying to find the right person for the job. I'm glad I called Gary because he was honest, hard-working, and fairly priced in his quote and I will be calling on him for all my future needs!

It is rare these days to find someone who shows up when they say they will, does the work you ask them to do without trying to upsell you, and charges a fair price. Gary and his crew showed up the very next morning after we met to get an estimate and they completed the work in a timely manner and did a great job! Gary even offered assistance moving forward if I should need advice as I complete the rest of my shower renovation project. 5 stars well deserved.

I contacted Americana Plumbing to relocate a shampoo bowl that was installed incorrectly. They set up an appointment time and texted in advance their arrival time. They were dressed professional, they were polite and knew exactly what it would take to do the job right. They gave a time estimate to complete the job and they did. They made sure to protect my floor and all surrounding walls and furniture to prevent damage. They cleaned the area as they went and had a bucket for all disposables. They continually checked with me to make sure I was happy with where they were placing the sinks and asked me to stand so they could assure I would have enough space to work. They did not leave a speck of dust behind. I would highly recommend them for business or home plumbing jobs.

Contacted Americana plumbing, they sent out the first available technician. Gary was prompt with communicating what time he would show up. He was very quick, clearing a backed up drain in 30 minutes total time including cleanup of his work area. Great customer service as well. Thank you Americana Plumbing and Gary!

I’ve known Gary for years, and he’s always been a great solid guy. I had a super problematic bathroom sink stoppage, a recurring problem in this old house. Gary showed up quickly, pleasant as always, and had my sink flowing better than it ever has in a matter of minutes. I will absolutely be using Americana Plumbing whenever I have plumbing needs!

My toilet had a broken flange. The I usually do most of my work myself but I’ve never done a flange and had trouble with it in the past. They came in on time and clean. They even wore shoe covers every time they walked into my house keeping my floors clean. They performed the service very quickly. In all honesty I was expecting to pay double what they actually charged me. Pricing was great, service was great and fast, on time. I definitely will recommend them to friends and family.
